General Information
Julie Kemble is an independent jewellery artist and designer. She works alone and is the sole owner and operator of Giulietta Designs Studio and Gallery located on Saltspring Island, B.C.
The one-of-a-kind pieces that she designs and fabricates are crafted with care and integrity. Her unconventional pieces are intended to be worn with joy and pride as small wearable works of art.
Some pieces, notably necklaces, pendants and brooches, may have small attachments or embellishments that make the piece slightly fragile.
Please handle with care and know that stones and other found items can break due to dropping on hard surfaces.
We accept all credit cards. Please note, we do not use PayPal.

All prices are in Canadian currency.
US customers, don’t forget that the exchange rate works in your favour. Check the current exchange rate. Its like an added discount.

Return & Exchange Policy
All discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
There is no return on instore purchases.
Items purchased online will only be returned or exchanged when preceded by an email or telephone call. Photographs of a damaged piece may be requested.
Please call me at 1 604 931-1290 or email at info@giuliettadesigns.com within 7 days of you receiving your purchase. All correspondence will be returned within 24 hours except on weekends.
I reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange a piece if it looks as if the item has been damaged due to dropping or heavy handling.
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
Return & Exchange Process:
Please email me at info@giuliettadesigns.com or call 1 250 931-1290 and I will advise you on the best way to proceed with your return or exchange within 7 days of you receiving the item in the mail.
If a refund is decided, customers will receive the refund after I receive the item and for the price of goods and taxes only.
Sorry, but as a tiny business and independent artist, I cannot refund original shipping charges.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Returns from the US should be shipped via USPS not UPS
For international customers please check with your courier or postal authority for the correct way to return goods so that I am not charged duty at the border. If your shipment is charged duty or customs fees I will have to deduct them from any reimbursement.
Once I have received your return I will notify you with details on how best to receive your refund.
In the event of an exchange, for good reason, I will play the shipping costs to return the new item to you.
